Most digital SLRs now have an ‘auto-ISO’ function, where the camera sets the ISO depending upon the amount of light in which you are shooting, keeping it as low as possible. Therefore, you could use a low ISO number, such as ISO 100 or 200. This will give you images of the highest quality, with very little grain .

For example, the chart above suggests that the sharpest aperture for a 200-foot hyperfocal distance point is f/2.0. At such a wide aperture, lens aberrations will lower the quality of your image. In this case, a smaller aperture would be much sharper. The second point is also important, though less dramatic.

In general, photographers send image files to clients and let them decide what to do. The number of images included with hourly rates varies. Some event photographers have all their best pictures included in the hourly rate. Others limit how many photos they provide for each hour.
